As a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and with a strong background in small to medium-sized businesses, I’ve developed HR strategies that align with business goals, driving digital transformation and sustainable growth. I’m passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive through sustainable people solutions and I’ve worked closely with executive teams and entrepreneurs, guiding them through decision-making processes that put people at the heart of positive change.
I believe that sustainability is essential to the future of business, which is why I pursued a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Climate Change and Environmental Awareness 603/5683/2 WB. This has helped me to understand and navigate the legislative requirements required of companies to enable them to build a sustainable business and the impact of their actions.
My approach to transformational and transactional HR focuses on attracting top talent and building workplace cultures that both motivate and retain employees, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Through the implementation of systems for goal setting and performance reviews to support employee growth, I am dedicated to creating environments where everyone feels valued, using recognition programmes, feedback and initiatives that engage a productive, diverse, inclusive and happy workforce that can thrive through periods of change contributing to long term business growth.
